卢毅

研究员、博士生导师

四川大学研究员、博士生导师,入选四川省社科青年拔尖人才计划,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选,四川大学好未来优秀学者,伦敦国王学院访问学者,四川省系统工程学会秘书长,四川省应急管理专家,四川尚明公益发展研究中心研究员,灾害领域高水平国际期刊Environmental Hazards编委。研究方向为应急管理交叉领域,长期开展重大突发事件对经济社会系统的影响及对策研究,重点关注城市韧性、产业链韧性和应急网络韧性的评估与提升问题。

面对2008年汶川特大地震、2013年芦山地震、2017年九寨沟地震、2020年新冠疫情等重大突发事件,深入调查灾情、助力恢复重建,持续开展灾害应急管理研究。主持国家社科基金重大项目,国家自科基金面上项目、青年项目,教育部人文社科青年项目,四川省社科基金重点项目、四川省软科学项目等国省级课题10余项;以一作/通讯作者在灾害研究领域旗舰期刊Disasters等10余份国际期刊发表SCI、SSCI论文20余篇;在科学出版社、Springer、Taylor & Francis出版专著3部(合著);获教育部社科优秀成果二等奖1项(第2),四川省社科优秀成果一等奖3项(第2、第3和第5)、二等奖1项(第3);主笔参撰《成果要报》《重要成果专报》等各类内参报告30余份,多次获中央、省部领导同志肯定性批示,重要观点和对策建议被相关部门采纳应用,服务于灾害风险治理和科学恢复重建。

聚焦“公共安全与应急管理”交叉学科领域,为国家培养防灾减灾复合型专业人才。招收和指导安全科学与减灾专业博士、硕士研究生,城乡安全与减灾规划(城乡规划学)专业硕士研究生。
