Dr. Jan Dietrich Reinhardt（中文名：伊恩）为四川大学-香港理工大学灾后重建与管理学院灾害医学系主任及全职教授，博士生导师，世界卫生组织全球卫生系统康复合作中心咨询委员会成员，国际脊髓损伤调研（InSCI）中国分支的主要负责人之一。伊恩教授发表原创性学术论文约130篇，其中本人为第一作者或通讯作者的SCI论文约50篇，论文引用约3000次，篇均被引22.3次，h-index 28。
Dr. REINHARDT 教授的研究兴趣包括，但不限于：康复研究；国际功能，残疾和卫生分类；功能和残疾的流行病学；环境及其与人类健康关系的理论，方法和模型；有健康问题人群的就业情况；临床和医疗机构干预的效果；残疾和康复的国际非政府组织；自然灾害后的健康与康复；研究方法论。
