Professor, doctoral supervisor. Vice Dean of Institute for Disaster Reconstruction and Management, Sichuan University. She graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences with a doctorate in management and a postdoctoral fellow at Indiana University. Executive director of the Chinese Index Society, member of the National Scientometrics and Information Metrology Professional Committee, and a candidate for the academic and technical leader of Sichuan Province. The main research directions are: information measurement and evaluation, and information resource management in the public sector.
